Definition of thought
-Thoughts are actually ideas or what you think about something. It can be an opinion, solution, critics etc.

Example
-"I thought so," said the Wizard, with a sigh.
-He did not mind what people thought of him.
-The doctor thought I could not live.
-"I had other duties," thought he.
-She thought of her nephew.
